Corey Davis in talks with Jets for potential reunion

Corey Davis left the Jets in March, but the team is now considering the possibility of reuniting with the wide receiver. Robert Saleh has mentioned that the team is in regular contact with Davis and their door is always open to him. According to SNY’s Connor Hughes, the Jets are interested in bringing Davis back, which would be beneficial for their wide receiving corps. Alongside Garrett Wilson and Mike Williams, Davis could provide the Jets with a strong receiving group.

During his time in New York, Davis showed promise as a valuable weapon in the offense, recording 66 receptions for 1,028 yards and six touchdowns. After taking a break from the NFL last August, Davis recently applied for reinstatement, allowing him to potentially make a return to the field. If he rejoins the Jets, Davis could continue to contribute positively to the team’s offense.
